🚀 Submission Guidelines

To ensure your project is ready for the judges, every team must complete a Technical Check and a Final Submission. Please follow the requirements below to make sure your hard work is properly recognized!

1. Technical Check (The Repo)

Before the final presentations, our technical team will review your progress. This ensures your project is original and functional.

📦 Repository Requirements

Every repository must include:

  • A Public Link: Ensure your repository visibility is set to Public.
  • The README.md File: This is your project's manual. Use our template below.
  • Clean Code: Remove any unused files or "test" folders.
  • Dependency List: Include a package.json, requirements.txt, or similar file so we know what libraries your code needs to run.

📝 The README Template

Your README.md should include these sections:

  • Team Name & Project Title: Your Hackathon Team Name and project title.
  • Tech Stack & Dependencies: List the languages and libraries you used (e.g., React, Node.js, Python).
  • Setup Instructions: The exact commands needed to run your code (e.g., npm install then npm start).

2. Final Presentation (For Judges)

This is your time to shine! You will present your project live to the judging panel.

📊 Presentation Requirements

Submission: You must share the link to your presentation to the submission form by 3PM on 13th December 2025.

Suggested 5-Minute Structure:

  • 1 min: Problem & User Hook
  • 3 min: Solution & Live Demo
  • 1 min: Sustainment & Next Steps

Note: This timing is a guideline, not a strict rule.

Teams are encouraged to use the 5 minutes strategically, based on the nature of their problem and solution.

Guidance Note: A clear, well-rehearsed pitch is critical. Teams must practice their timing!
